St. Sebastiaan Grand Cru has a hazed tawny yellow color with a full, semi creamy froth that slowly reduces to a creamy clump. Aroma is tropical with milky citrus rind and granite. Medium nectar with ample residual effers brings out a cotton like texture. This golden ale is one of the more strongly flavored with tons of mouth watering citrus milk. There's a briskness that really appeals to me. So strong yet beholds finesse. Flavors of citrus milk, vanilla, and only slight banana intertwined with a creamy tropical collage of nunces to include pineapple, kiwi, passion fruit, peach, pear, and apple.
The finish is bittered with a defined peach pit component. Overall: This brew rocks. Perfect balance and very gratifying.
