Molder Blonde is brewed with two malts and five hop varieties, one of which is used as dryhop; the latter is only after the bearing of beer was added to the brew. Gale is the only herb that has been used.
At the height of summer gale is carefully pruned. In the green woods of Mol nature between Silver Lake and the Silver Strand with leaf sprigs are carefully selected and collected. When brewing Molder Blond, these twigs only entirely added at the end of the process.
The result is a fresh, lush beer with a soft, complex palette, a slightly bitter aftertaste and a unique gale that lurks long in the mouth.
