This beer has a color between amber and copper, with a visible carbon in the glass and a dense and persistent foam. First, in the nose of caramelized malts are memories, these same memories give way to a light aromas of apricot or figs and fruit in syrup. Slowly and while the beer gets some temperature, hops wins presence and brings more resinous aromas.
It is evident that in the mouth of this Pale Ale hop becomes more aggressive and beats a lot of ground to the malt. At first it seems to be a very liquid beer that leaves some stickiness in the mouth, but there is a U-turn, gains some body and leaves a dry finish.
Hops leaves the palate view of some herbaceous flavors and somewhat resinous pine and malt, which also has something to contribute, let us remember with slight touches of wood.
