De Dochter van de Korenaar Finesse is a typical Belgian Triple Ale. This beer is brewed according to ancient tradition with different kinds of malts and three different kinds of noble hops.
It is a very refined beer with a nicely balanced flavor. It is a fruity and spicy beer; it has a full and slightly bitter flavor, as well as a dry aftertaste. It has an alcohol content of 8.5%.

The Daughter of the Ear of Corn’ provides a small-scale beer production in it’s region. The Daughter of the Ear of Corn’ is synonymous with the word “beer”. From old records it appears that Emperor Charles V around 1550 preferred the “juice of the daughter of the Ear of Corn’ better than the “blood of grapes.” In other words, Charles preferred beer over wine.
