Chimay Triple Cinq Cents is a top fermentation Trappist beer, which has undergone a second fermentation in the bottle. It is also known under the name "white Chimay", which refers to the color of its label. It is a golden blond triple beer with a hoppy and fruity flavor and an alcohol content of 8.0%.

Chimay Triple Cinq Cents is the most recent of Chimay beers and it is brewed at the Trappist Abbey of Scourmont in Wallonia. This beer is best drank young, within 1 or 2 years after bottling, it is also available in smaller, 33cl bottles under a shorter name : Chimay Triple.
