Chimay Blue Grande Reserve is a top fermentation beer, re-fermented in the bottle. It is a brown beer with a light creamy head and a slightly bitter, peppery taste. Its flavor continues to develop for a few years after bottling, which makes this an ideal beer to mature in your cellar. It has an alcohol content of 9.0%.

Like all other Chimay beers, this beer is brewed at the Trappist Abbey of Scourmont, the South of Belgium. This 75cl bottle is ideal for those who want to let the beer mature in their cellar for a few years. For those who prefer a smaller format, this beer is also available in 33cl bottles where it has a shorter name: Chimay Blue.
