Bon Secours Brune is a dark top fermentation beer by Brewery Caulier. This unfiltered and unpasteurized beer has a thick white head and a very rich aroma of mocha and hops. It has quite a bitter flavor and an alcohol content of 8.0%.
In 2006 this beer won the gold medal at the World Beer Cup in the category ‘Belgian Style Strong Dark Ale’
The history of the brewery Caulier begins in 1933 when Charles Caulier, miner, decided to settle as a reseller of beer Bonsecours, a small village in southern Belgium.
Three generations have prospered distribution activity and in 1994 Roger and Linda Caulier decide to acquire the brewing equipment and brew their own beers. The Bon Secours was born.
Eager to re discover the flavors of yesteryear, the Brasserie Caulier has always imposed rigor to produce unfiltered beer, not pasteurized and secondary fermentation in the bottle. Boutique beers, natural and living
