Blanche de Bruxelles is a white beer by brewery Lefebvre. This typical Belgian wheat beer has an aroma of coriander and dried orange peel and a hazy, white color. It is an unfiltered, refreshing and refined beer with an alcohol content of 4.5%.
Serving temperature: 2-4°C
Although Blanche de Bruxelles literally means ‘Brussels white beer’, and the bottle has an image of Brussels most famous statue, it is actually brewed by Brewery Lefebvre in Quenast, some 20km away from Brussels. The reason that they chose this particular name is not known, but fact is that it is generally considered to be one of Belgium’s best white beers and it is an excellent alternative to the world-famous Hoegaarden beer.
Brewery Lefebvre is a family brewery, where the fifth and the sixth generation work together to continue to brew wonderful authentic beers, and continue the work that their ancestors started off in 1876.
