I have a discount code, where do I enter it ?
In the very last screen of the checkout (after you have entered your billing data), you will see a field 'discount code'. Enter your code there, click on 'apply' and you'll see the amount change. After that go to the bottom of the screen to confirm your order.
I have a gift card, how do I use it ?
Just start shopping at our shop, when you have finished proceed to the very last screen of the checkout (after having entered your billing data). In that last screen, you will find a field ‘gift card’ where you can enter the code that you find on your gift card. After that, click on ‘apply’ and you will see the total amount of your purchase change.
Can I use my gift card to pay for shipping costs as well ?
How long will it take to deliver my order ?
Our orders are usually shipped within max. 2 working days. The shipping itself takes 2 to 5 days for Europe.
Although we will do everything within our possibilities to deliver your order on time, we cannot accept any liability for delays outside of our control (e.g. incorrect or incomplete delivery details, courier or postal delays, clearance delays, delays during Christmas and New Year, etc.). In the event of any problems with your order we will contact you as soon as possible.
How can I cancel my order ?
You can cancel your order within 14 days after placing it, by sending us an e-mail. If the goods haven’t been shipped yet, we will refund you for the full amount (cost of the beers and shipping costs).
If the order has been shipped already, we cannot refund you the shipping charges, but we will refund you the goods if you send them back to us in a resellable condition.
The bottles I received are slightly different from the photos on the webshop / from my previous orders ?
Breweries regularly modify the look of their beers (labels / logo). We do our very best to keep our site up to date, but we cannot guarantee that we will always have the latest picture available.
Should the difference be that big that you think that there might be an error, please send us a photo of the beer you received and we will look into it.
In which countries do you deliver ?
We deliver all over Europe.
Is there a maximum order quantity ?
No, you can order as much as you want but bear in mind that some countries have restrictions on the import of alcohol. We recommend that you check your local customs regulations before placing large orders.
Is there a minimum order quantity ?
No, but it is in your own interest to order more than just a few bottles. The shipping cost per bottle will decrease as you order more. For more information, see our shipping information.
In which currency are the prices ?
All our prices are in Euro.
Do the prices include VAT ?
Yes, all prices include 21% VAT.
I am ordering for a business, can I get an invoice without VAT ?
Yes, if you are located wihtin the EU (except for Belgium) and if you can provide us with a VAT number. Do not place your order via the webshop yet, but send us an e-mail with your company details and will give you the instructions on how to proceed.
How do I order several bottles of the same beer ?
On the product page, you will only see a button ‘Add to cart’. If you want to order more bottles of the same beer, you can either click on the ‘Add to cart’ as many times as the number of beers that you want, or you can go your shopping cart and change the quantity of each beer manually.
What are the shipping costs for my order ?
There is a shipping cost simulator on the checkout screen, where you can calculate your shipping costs.
How are the shipping costs calculated exactly ?
The shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the beers and on the country you want us to send them to. Shipping costs increase every 10 kg or 25 kg. For more details, see our shipping information.
Are there any extra fees that are not on the last checkout screen ?
No, that amount is the final price. It includes all taxes, VAT, packaging and shipping costs.
Exception: some countries outside the EU have import taxes on alcohol. Customers outside the EU are fully responsible for complying with any importation regulation. Should customs refuse your entry or charge additional import taxes, we cannot be held responsible.
What if the beers are broken or damaged during transport ?
We do our very best to deliver the beers in a perfect condition. But should an article arrive damaged or broken, we will replace it free of charge or refund you the amount of the damaged article. Please send us an e-mail along with some pictures of the damaged order, or a document from the shipping company confirming the delivery of the damaged parcel, and we will take immediate action.
How do you ship my orders ?
All beers are shipped in double-walled cardboard boxes. The bottles are individually protected by cardboard or bubble-wrap and the box is filled with schock-absorbing material if nessesary. All orders are shipped with TNT Post.
Do I really need to give my phone number ?
We recommend that you do provide us with a correct phone number. This number is used by our transporter to contact you for the delivery, when you are not home at the moment of the first delivery attempt.
Will I receive a confirmation of my order ?
Yes, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
I have no credit card, can I still place an order ?
Yes. You can create an account on Paypal. This is free of charge. Once your Paypal account is active and funded, you can use it to order in our shop.
I’m looking for a particular beer, but I don’t find it in your shop ?
Please contact us, and we’ll try and add it to our shop.
